Delivery and Collection Time Frames for items IN STOCK

Items Not IN STOCK have different lead times that vary per product.

Our picking, packing and delivery procedure is directly affected by what you order, where you want it delivered and how you choose to pay, so delivery times may vary.

Estimates are provided in the tables below to help you pick the delivery option that best suits you.

Delivery

• Order placed after 1PM will be processed next business day and dispatched in 1 to 2 business day for delivery.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day and dispatched in 1 to 2 business day for delivery.
• Deliveries are made during working days only and during business hours (08h00-17h00 : Mon-Fri) - excluding public holidays.
• Orders are processed from when the payment is received and reflects in our bank account (business hours).
